Chip Atlas
Explore semiconductor dies, source-backed annotations, and chip references in one searchable collection.
Browse by vendor, industry domain, visual evidence, or exact part number. The coverage report lists the current inventory and gaps.
Contents
| Reference | Contents |
|---|---|
| Chip maps and GDSII viewer | Actual die micrographs and chip references. Inspect a die photograph or open a local GDSII layout file. |
| Industry catalog | Named chips and model families, with source-listed exact orderable parts grouped below each parent. Filter the collection and follow its primary sources. |
| Source guide | The original photonics source guide. Vendor claims, publisher identifications, visual annotations, and exact orderable parts retain separate source references. |
| Architecture studies | A plan and input template for comparing transceiver architectures, with explicit throughput, power, and evidence boundaries. |
Reading the maps
The atlas shows die micrographs. Source-supported annotations stay on the original photographs. Package photos, circuit diagrams, pad plots and presentation slides are excluded. Industry GDS mask files are not included. Source images load from their original credited hosts when no local cache is available. GDS files opened by the viewer stay in your browser.
Original sources include vendor documentation, ZeptoBars, Outside Five Sigma and the siliconpr0n Infinera micrographs. See credits and terms for attribution and use conditions.
