Industry catalog coverage

The atlas shows actual die micrographs and accepts local GDSII files. Circuit graphs, pad-coordinate drawings, package and assembly photographs, slides, and traced-layout reconstructions are excluded. Product records without an approved micrograph remain searchable.

Evidence rules

Images require an explicit source-URL review decision. Full-die and partial-die views retain captions, author credits, licenses and source links. Annotations are overlays on real photographs; they do not become recovered mask geometry. No proprietary GDS file is supplied. The GDSII viewer reads a file supplied locally by the reader.

Historical circuit and drawing research is retained in the private source repository and is excluded from the published visual collection.
