Chip Atlas

VOLKAN GURSES / CHIP ATLAS

Industry chip catalog

Commercial chips and named product families, across computing, communications, memory, sensing, and industrial electronics.

Coverage is selective. A family record can cover many ordering codes; it does not mean every part is listed. Exact codes appear only where a linked source identifies them. Vendor model numbers are listed separately from full ordering codes. Images and annotations are separate from fabrication layouts.

—named chip and family records

—distinct sourced ordering codes

—vendors represented

—records with die micrographs

Annotation counts include visible markings and other image features as well as circuit labels. A labeled image is not necessarily a complete circuit map.

Reading the catalog

Annotated micrograph
A die photograph has at least one labelled region. Labels may identify a marking or image feature, and do not imply a complete circuit map.
Die micrograph
A source-identified photograph shows the die or a microscope detail. Package views, diagrams and slides are excluded.
Reference only
A source identifies the chip or family. No die image or fabrication layout is verified in this collection.

Vendor documentation describes the product. It is not an independent performance measurement. GDS files are loaded separately by the viewer; this catalog does not supply proprietary chip layouts.
